This is an exciting new feature we are developing here at RCM. We have had many requests for something of this nature from executives seeking some peace and solitude at a weekend or week-long retreat, where they can relax and re-energize themselves, and companies and corporations seeking exciting and productive ways to reward their top executives. In an effort to fulfill that need, we are in the process of securing properties that would be ideal for this sort of getaway for the executive searching for a way to refresh his spirit and invigorate his mind and companies to reward their deserving executives.
These retreats would be specifically designed to improve individual productivity by providing them with the rest and inspiration to activate their thoughts and allow them to be able to return to work with renewed focus and the ability to tackle obstacles and solve problems with a clear mind.
Silicon Valley companies and corporations are constantly seeking new ways in which to reward their top executives and these retreats are an exciting option for these companies to offer as a bonus, reward or incentive.

One property we have that is currently in development is the one shown below.
This is a unique and practical geodesic dome house located on 10 acres of gated property in the mountains above Santa Cruz, CA, in an area known as Mount Madonna. The home possesses a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Cruz from the living room, dining room and spacious loft. Fully furnished with some lovely antiques and other fine furnishings, an all electric kitchen and an outdoor spa, this 2bd/2bath home is ideal for a quiet, restful retreat.
Within an hour's drive is the beautiful Mount Madonna State Park, three excellent golf courses and famous California wineries such as Fortino's and Hecker Pass Winery, which are open daily for tours and wine-tasting.
Options being developed for this retreat could include helicopter transport to and from retreat, wine-tasting tours and other excursions to nearby attractions via a chauffered classic Rolls Royce, and other exciting options currently in development.
Also being considered are 'Meeting Retreats' where a number of businessmen can gather to re-energize and educate themselves further by focusing on Guest Speakers.
