By creating these Standards of Excellence, and encouraging the Consultants who advertise with RCM to adhere to them, we extend to our visitors the assurance that we are committed to offering them quality services from caring, reputable individuals.

- You have consistently demonstrated high customer acceptance and approval in relation to
high quality services, fair and competitive pricing, reliability and timely delivery of services.
- You donate some of your profits to charities that specifically help the poor within the borders
of the United States, as well as in other nations.
- Your Mission Statement includes a commitment to the true benefit of mankind and would be approved
by religious organizations and moralists.
- You have helped your community by providing educational funding in the form of scholarships or direct donations benefiting schools within 100 miles of your main location.
- You consistently support State Universities, Colleges and Junior Colleges in your community thru
donations earmarked for superior staffing and warm, well seated, comfortable classrooms for students.
- You have donated funds to Minority Causes, such as Women, African-Americans, Native Americans,
Asians, Hispanics, etc.

Really Care Management believes that if individuals endorse some or preferably all of these Standards in their ethical behavior, that profitability would increase and fewer illnesses and injuries would occur in the workplace, resulting in more healthy, productive work environments.
