By creating these Standards of Excellence, and encouraging the businesses who associate with RCM to adhere to them, we extend to our visitors the assurance that we are committed to offering them quality products and services from caring, reputable individuals and businesses.


Standards of Excellence
  • Your company has consistently demonstrated high customer acceptance and approval in relation to high quality products or services, fair and competitive pricing, reliability and delivery.

  • Your company donates some of its profits to charities that specifically help the poor within the borders of the United States, as well as in other nations.

  • Your company's Mission Statement includes a commitment to the true benefit of mankind and would be approved by religious organizations and moralists.

  • Your company has helped its community by providing educational funding in the form of scholarships or direct donations benefiting schools within 100 miles of your company's main location.

  • Your company consistently supports State Universities, Colleges and Junior Colleges in its community thru donations earmarked for superior staffing and warm, well seated, comfortable classrooms for students.

  • Your company promotes comprehensive ergonomic training and provides the appropriate products and conditions to its employees to prevent injuries and ensure a clean, healthy and comfortable work environment.

  • Your company has donated funds to Minority Causes, such as Women, African-Americans, Native Americans, Asians, Hispanics, etc.

  • Your company maintains a policy of giving priority to the advancement of current employees, and offers temporary employees a fair opportunity to apply for permanent placement within their firm when an assignment concludes.

  • Your company is an Equal Opportunity Employer in designation of contracts and hiring, and does not discriminate based on age, gender, physical disability, sexual orientation, or adverse physical characteristics.

  • Your company does not enforce Early Retirement on its employees and encourages Better Job Placement as an alternative to continued employment.

  • Your company has established a program to help small businesses by providing advice or capitol to especially disadvantaged firms.

  • Your company strives to maintain a balance of environmental controls in regard to toxic chemicals, impure water or air,  improper development of land, or poor traffic/community growth.

  • Your company pays a fair salary to both male and female workers and abides by the Federal Fair Wages Law of equal pay for equal work.

  • Your company takes into consideration the growth and expansion potential within its community to ensure that its employees have good housing at fair prices.



Really Care Management believes that if companies endorse some or preferably all of these Standards in their ethical behavior, that profitability would increase and fewer illnesses and injuries would occur in the workplace, resulting in more healthy, productive work environments.
